So tired trying to see from behind the red in my eyes
No better version of me I could pretend to be tonight
No better version of me I could pretend to be tonight
Things are getting swiftly out of hand, and while part of Koa is enjoying the chaos, another, more responsible part knows he really ought to try and curb it before it goes too far. Beaning Mrs. Engalion and her busy-body friends is one thing; risking exposure and damage to his reputation is another.
So Koa decides to focus within, by which he means on Mateo. Surreptitiously stepping back ten feet from his friend, he pretends to be looking in the distance while his magically extended reach mimics the act of picking up two balloons, the spaltting them, hopefully, on the botanist's head.
Using the extended reach from his bracers, Koa tries to sneakily pop two balloons over Mateo's head

Koa
No other version of me I would rather be tonight
And, Lord, she found me just in time
