But only one stayed, and he glanced downward at the familiar voice, snorting at the impromptu greeting. “Alys,” he offered in another rumble, maneuvering the makeshift Zuriel over slightly, before beginning to stride across the roof again to the opposing corner, pondering whether to place Micah or Belial there. “Why not?” He mused in return, arching a brow.
