Alys clambered to her feet, taking the Belial statue and moving to the corner of the roof without complaint. She positioned the gargoyle just so, matching the outward facing maneuvering of Zuriel so that the pair of companions collectively watched over the front of the home. When she was satisfied with the position, she made her way to the back of the house to watch Deimos work.
"It varies," she said of her clients. "I have some clients who are regulars, who want to see me whenever I'm in a given region. Then there are others who seem to visit me out of curiosity more than anything, coming by once or twice but not sticking with me. But no - it doesn't seem tied to a particular season, per se." This season had simply been a boon, and one that she had genuinely enjoyed.
