Having been skating for a little while before he notices Sah and Elizabeth, Amhran smiles towards them and raises a hand (the one not on the railing) in a wave. He's able to let go to skate passably across the rink to them, arms outstretched to catch himself on the rail beside them. "It is more difficult than it seems, isn't it?" he says almost breathlessly, his cheeks rosy beneath his scarf as he gazes to them.
"I have to admit, though, having this here helps a lot." He pats the railing gratefully. "I went out to the Tundra in Longheat to try and learn, and I think I spent most of my time on my backside on the ice. Maybe we could try to skate in a line?" Like a row of ducklings, yes, but at least then they can all try to gain more confidence as they go.
