"Oh - good morning." A faint blush crept into her face upon realizing she'd skipped the courtesies altogether. Something about seeing Liam as often as she had made the days blur together; it rarely felt like they were truly apart for any real amount of time. 'Good night' and 'Good morning' became obvious things, a wish to underline all interaction – but, really, she should probably try to say the actual words too.
Saved from embarrassment by a familiar face, Maea lit up as she spotted Lyra. "Hi! You're up early - it's nice to see you." Leaving it to Liam to explain what they were up to, she eyed the pastry in Lyra's hand with every intention of getting one for herself once they were done. Having no objections to Liam's plan of action she gave him a thumbs up, already heading for the supply pile to arm herself with a hammer and nails. "Want to help?" she offered Lyra; "It'll be quick work with an extra pair of hands."
No master builder was Maea, but she had helped with enough construction work to be at least competent with the hammer. Once they had agreed on the size of the stage and she knew what to do, the petite Ancient set to work, filling the air with a sound of unbridled productivity.
