Vi appears silently before the shrine, dropping smoothly to one knee to beckon the void crystal from Deimos's pocket with a visible mix of disdain and wariness. It hovers between them, pulsing ominously, and Vi doesn't grace it with his attention for more than a few seconds.
"But your people will thank you for your efforts. And so do I." Straightening once more, the crystal will seem to flicker as veins of golden luminescence creep across its surface, before it disappears with a crack of violent light. And as for Deimos, any residual aches and pains he might feel will vanish alongside the crystal, lifting some of the physical weight from his shoulders at least, leaving him rejuvinated and ready, once again, to face what comes next.
