Alys and Sohalia wandered the Greatwood for a time. Sometimes, it felt like they were making headway; others, the trees warped and twisted around them, spitting them out in an entirely new direction. The seer knew better by now than to expect the forest to help them, but she couldn't help but hope all the same that maybe the woods knew better than they where to find a rose.
And when they got turned around and ended up in Ludo's Woods? Well, then Alys couldn't help the small smile that turned up her lips.
"This is where I got Sascha back," she told the Luminary, pride and affection in her voice. As if on cue, the little ursur grunted and raced towards the shrine set up amongst the trees. Alys paused, pressing a hand to the shrine, before moving along. "Mort brought her back to me - or she chose to come back, anyway. I'm not entirely clear on the details."
