Nova tracks their scents along the edge of the cliffs, occasionally glancing down at the open air below, awe filling her chest. It doesn't stop her from her duties though, a determined puff of her chest keeping her senses alert. Her eyes spot the spattering of plumage first, ears perking to catch any signs of their owners as she rounds the area, but when she spots none, she gathers a few in her mouth for evidence in The Case of the Funny Birds.
Joining back up with the others, Nova sets down the feathers she'd found and flicks her tail with pride. I found feathers! They're broken, so I don't know what happened to the birds. She tilts her head for a moment before Lena is making her suggestion and she's shuffling her paws at the idea. Oh! Maybe you can ask what happened to the others! Or why they themselves were flying so erratically.
