There was a lot to unpack in Deimos's myriad emotions, each as fleeting as the last. Alys didn't pry; it wasn't her business, really. The main thread that seemed to be present was a true acceptance of peace, a genuine attempt at rest and recuperation - and that was enough for her. "There will," she agreed, though she rather hoped that her odd visions might offer more insight if and when some great threat came to call again.
But then the dolphins were rioting, and Alys was donning armor at Deimos's behest, watching dubiously as the escalation took the shape of a sudden raincloud that bloomed and blossomed over them. In the end, it seemed that the armor would have been unnecessary, as not even a drop touched her - not yet, anyway. Deimos's magic had unfurled to protect their immediate area.
But then there was Belial.
Alys pressed her lips tightly together to keep from laughing at the sight of the peryton being whisked from his poor victims. Still - she wanted to help. She might not have mastery over air, but she was adept enough to lend her strength to Deimos's, coaxing the companion ever closer with a little extra gust.
