Isla
"Muddy?" Isla repeats with a soft laugh, also letting her jug submerge beneath the waves until bubbles stop streaming towards the surface. "The bad weather must be all along the coast. I thought we had the worst of it. How are they managing out there?" Hefting her jug back onto the sand to get a head-start on distilling the salt, she can only give a wry grin of agreement at the idea of doing this - or anything, indeed - in Halo of all places.
Kneeling in the sand and invoking her scorch magic to begin working at the seawater, Isla can't hide the relief to be under the shelter of the umbrella and with flames against her fingers to keep her warm. "Not bad," she agrees with Mel regarding her day to day. "The clinic is doing well and it feels like things are finally settling back down after so long dealing with the void. It's nice."

I'll take a bruise, I know you're worth it
When you hit me, hit me hard
When you hit me, hit me hard
