Region: Halo (Abandoned)
Concept
In Halo, fire is survival given shape.
The Keeper of the First Flame tends a sacred fire believed to have burned through generations of Halovian history. Part survival tool, part religious symbol, the flame represents endurance against the cold and the promise that Halo will not fall to its frigid environment. The Keeper is an Abandoned, raised—or chosen—to ensure the flame never goes out.
Cultural Role
Halovians often seek the Keeper’s fire before and after hunts, journeys, or battles.
- Standing in the fire’s light for luck
- Passing weapons or charms through flame
- Carrying embers, ash-marks, or coal fragments
- Offering thanks upon safe return
Abilities
- Level 5, 56 Stats, 25 Arcana
- Mastered Fire
- Custom Teleportation Through Fire Magic
- Fire Elemental Companion
Faith, Temperament & Tradition
The Keeper typically comes from a long-standing firekeeping tradition, with knowledge passed down through ritual, oral teaching, scars, relics, or the elemental bond itself.
- Devout and duty-driven
- Highly ritual-oriented
- Confident—sometimes uncomfortably so—in the righteousness of their role
Because this is a role that is always present in Halo, if this character goes inactive we'll consider them to have died and another Keeper will be chosen!
