The confetti cannon that Ludo lets off is made with traditional confetti, and it explodes over the shrine to rain down a rainbow of shredded paper across Melita and her offerings. Ludo follows a moment later, its child form scampering around the statue so it can pack up the endless treats and toys into its rags (where they - obviously - disappear into whatever pocket void it possesses).  "I have always wanted to do that," it tells her proudly once it's finished, straightening up with proud hands on its hips. "And now you can do it whenever you want!" it adds, as if it wasn't clear (because it wasn't) that by popping confetti all over her and the docks, Melita has gained a new ability. "Congratulations!" Melita has finished her quest and has gained the following: Confetti Cannon: Fires a magical blast of confetti at an opponent. Range: 15ft.
