Niki hasn't been caught staring but it sure does feel like it, the necromancer flushing immediately and clearing his throat as he hurries back towards the bed, stooping to retrieve his brace from the ground. "Good morning," he offers in return, his own accent back in full force, voice roughened by sleep and his hangover. Sunjata has absolutely no right to look and sound the way he does within seconds of waking up, and Niki forces himself to focus on the task at hand to try and tempt his mind out of the gutter.
"Did you sleep well this time?" he manages at least, easing himself down onto a chair so he can work the buckles on the brace. He'd say so, if he had to guess, and based on the way the Heartless seemed to be searching for him someone in his sleep, if Niki hadn't left he'd have very likely stayed that way for longer.
