A huff of a laugh leaves him in answer for the point Niki has, before he’s shaking his head at the very kind offer. “I get that.” He starts off – because LongNight often had him not knowing which way the day went, disorienting in a way that was only made worse in the Hollowed Grounds all those years ago. “I’m doing okay right now, though. Might take you up on it after the second go around of the party.” Bouncing his brows, his lips quirk into a playful smile as he starts to relax.
With the curiosity regarding his regulars, Sunjata shrugs slightly. “Uh, well, there was a time where Ru wasn’t comfortable with it, so I stopped being on the menu, I guess you could say.” He’s realizing he hates bringing up his exes with how often each story seems to revolve around them, but he pushes on anyway. “So most of them either found other courtesans or eventually settled down.” He doesn’t seem that upset about it, but it does explain a lot, he thinks.
But as he starts to become more vulnerable, Sunjata’s gaze averts from the necromancer and he listens as Niki offers his own vulnerability, glancing over only when he notices that the other man has. “You’re welcome.” He offers softly, his accented voice genuine as it is easy. “You do deserve it, though.” He was important to a lot of people, he was just one of the few as far as he was concerned.
He does, however, reach over to prove the point, warm hand resting lightly on Niki’s arm to give it a gentle squeeze.

Feel free to use magic/force on Sunjata, without killing him <3
Sunjata speaks with an Australian accent and has a passive magic that makes him produce a subtle scent that matches exactly to whatever those around him most desire him to smell like.
