last couple of months kinda been a disaster
As a man that grew up in Halo with all the terrible stories of ursurs, Thorn truly should be more afraid of Sascha than he is as he reacts. But Thorn also realizes companions are often similar to their bonded, and with the short stature she looks more like a cub – and honestly, if not friend then why friend shaped, seems to be Thorn’s general reaction to most companions that might be terrifying.

So Sascha is greeted with utmost excitement and warm, happy scritches, before he’s drawing up and wrapping his arms around him briefly – his seafoam gaze flitting to the Fateweaver with a soft smile. “Yeah, it ain’t mine either.” He says about the fire magic, huffing a laugh. Unfolding his arms shortly after so they can get started, he takes up his own little residence on the other side of Alys so they can inject their healing magic into the ground at a faster pace.

Following her lead, his hands aim toward the ground, a brief golden glow blooming against his hands, injecting the healing into the ground. And while they work, he listens to hear how Tal and her are doing, glancing up and over at her to shoot her a small smile of understanding, his gaze passing over the dreambird that chirps in the tree nearby. “Yeah, I’m sure.” That recovering from the Family had been difficult. “I’m good. Jus’ been workin’. Might go an’ help design some stuff for a friend in Hak Etme.” He shrugs slightly, injecting more healing into the earth.

Thorn uses his healing to purify the ground:
