[SEASONAL EVENT] A Palmer for Long Night

The way he smiled at her made her heart flutter and stomach flip. To her recollection, she couldn't think of anyone having ever looked at her with such...emotion. She wasn't entirely sure what emotion, but a good one at least given the grin that curved his lips. It was contagious too, making her smile a little in return. His answer definitely put her heart at ease and she nodded in agreement. It was a two person activity indeed. But it was still nice to hear that it hadn't changed how he thought about her. It soothed whatever worries she might have about letting her emotions get the best of her. But the thought of getting up made her sigh...because while he was right, she didn't want to. She was comfortable and content to snuggle with him in bed for some time. "I suppose you're right." she said with a sight, slowly pushing herself up to a more seated position.
