This information is now common knowledge (i.e., if your character doesn't know about it, you'd have reason for them not to). Zariah's Legend Title ("the Merciless") is also now common knowledge ( i.e., you could refer to her that way and people could know who you were talking about).
Zariah has a group of around 10-20 loyalists that make up her guard/do her enforcing. She CAN make new laws, imprison people, sentence you to death, etc. How you respond to this IC is up to you!
