They have bright black eyes and communicate by songs. A treeflit can harmonize with itself and can mimic a vast array of sounds from its environment. They are clever and mischievous creatures that will steal shiny objects from travelers and replace them with tasty beetles in a form of trade. It is thought that they can see through illusions.
