Soh watched in quiet wonder as Nova worked her magic in a cascade of colorful light that reflected off the pendant and their surroundings in pretty rainbows. It didn't take long before Nova was offering the necklace back to Zavien, proclaiming that it would now respond to her fear. Hopefully there wouldn't be very frequent occurrences where that would be necessary, but she knew that it made Zavien feel better - and she understood, really, given that she wanted to know the same of him. "Thank you, Nova," she echoed, smiling sweetly at her friend.
Anani floated nearby, settling on Zavien's shoulder to inspect the necklace that dangled from his hand. She chimed in what seemed to be approval before making her way to nestle around Soh's neck. Reaching to scratch her companion's chin, Soh's gaze lit with excitement. "Are you sure you don't mind making me a matching one?" she asked, hoping that Nova wouldn't have changed her mind, but knowing that the magic of creation had to take some energy out of her friend. Maybe she wouldn't want to tire herself out before traveling back to King's End.
