Kaisel's face contorts with such deepset confusion it's almost painful. Who, in their right mind, would make a giant gummy worm just to not eat it. Remi, is apparently the answer, and maybe that'd be in the damn book too.

Watching the prized and sentient snack womble into the distance of the house, Kaisel finds his own farewell rising up, blessedly back to normal. "Byyye!" Hopefully the worm has enough sense not to linger by a window and get melted into the carpet. Flora would blame that on him for sure, given the worm-shape and the colors that the stain would likely leave behind. He's already had to cover up the ice cream incident in his room.

Remi's question pulls Kaisel away from the departing shape of the offended wriggler. He feels suddenly caught by a teacher back in school, unaware they'd even had a test happening that he should have been performing for. "Pft, yeah, definitely," he lies with a bold assurance, arms crossing at his chest as he measures Remi before him. "It was easy, really."
