Eating fire is your ambition

Sila, on the presumption of Spice’s abilities, drew a harsh intake of breath when the other dragon seemed to spiral downward rather than the projected plane. When she’d recovered, there was a little snort of smoky air from the bronze’s nostrils, before ascending once more, leaving the other either to mull that sequence over or pretend it didn’t happen – out of flying lizard loyalty, Sila claimed to the latter, granting an easier sequence of movements as she turned upside down, then rotated on a warm thermal.
The idea of back-handed gifting seemed to have launched well, and Melita’s grin was from ear-to-ear, Cheshire and looming, as Flora announced the accord and agreement of such possibilities. “I mean, it’s a thought. I’ve got a couple other ideas, but that one doesn’t need to be too far down the list,” she winked, grabbing at a few more paper cups threatening to dissolve in the damp sand. Plus there was the whole thing of Ludo gone, but she kept that buried down. She could imagine handing over gifts a plenty – namely to her adversaries, or frankly, people she found fuckin’ annoying, and then cackling from afar when everything blew up in their face. “I bet I could only pull it off so many times though. Maybe if I did it in disguise...” she tapped on her chin, narrowing her eyes in speculation. While her mind mulled, she lofted the inquiry, much in the same regards, back towards the Queen. “What're you planning on next?” They'd talked about star bolts and teleportation before, but, with so many other things at one's fingertips...
There was more to configure though at Flora’s hints, and as she followed the sled with her own bounty, she considered the alternatives. Either way, there’d be chaos and fuckery. That was how things went with them anyway. “I could…,” she whispered mostly to herself, trying to decide if that was the appropriate way to balance out the charade. “Maybe if he pisses me off I’ll keep it all under wraps.”
