It was a single sheet of parchment, with charcoal letters. They were incredibly neat, though smudged in places. Loren had struggled with whether or not to sign his name, but he figured rather than go find all the people he used to know and tell them individually he'd let them come to him.

The meat will be stored in the Launceleyn Manor in preparation for Deepfrost. Citizens of the Hollowed Grounds
Queen Wessex, in consultation with General Deimos, has determined that the Temple and the Monster Hunter's Guild are the safest places to gather for LongNight. All citizens should plan to stay in one of those two locations. We ask that you inform the General or the Queen where you will be. In addition, the militia will be coordinating preparations at both. If you wish to assist in these efforts, Loren Launceleyn will be fortifying the Temple tomorrow morning, and stay tuned for more news from the general about preparations at the Monster Hunter's Guild. |
